In May of 2019, Voices of Hope produced Titanic: The Musical at North Shore Music Theatre. Michael Condon, the original lighting designer for the production, had an unexpected medical emergency and was unable to make it to all of the technical rehearsals. In April of 2018, North Attleboro High School Theatre Company produced The Little Mermaid. The musical was co-directed and produced by Lisa Forsgard and Thomas Rizzo. I graduated from North Attleboro High School, so it was a delight to return as an alumni and design. My design focused on making all of the locations in the show very distinct, and by providing a range of color and texture to reflect the vividness of Ariel’s inner life.
